Our Story

Prado Flowers was born when Gamaliel Prado and Jess Marquez made a fusion of a high-end flower shop in an upscale interior design and decor called The General Store in the Fashionable neighborhood of Polanco in Mexico City in 2015. Gamaliel Prado and Jess Marquez joined forces to establish a high-end flower shop that seamlessly integrates upscale interior design and decor, known as The General Store. This elegant establishment opened its doors in 2015, nestled in the fashionable Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City, a locale renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and sophisticated clientele. 

Gamaliel, a graduate of the prestigious School of Flowers in Mexico City, has dedicated his career to mastering the art of floral design. To further enrich his expertise, he has attended advanced courses at the esteemed Sabia Bruta School in Madrid, where he immersed himself in the latest European floral design trends and techniques. 

At The General Store, we boast a highly skilled design team that shares our vision of creating breathtaking floral arrangements that complement exquisite interior spaces. This dedication to artful design and quality has propelled our dream into reality, and we are now excited to bring our unique offerings to the upscale Cow Hollow/Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco, where creativity and elegance flourish.; Gamaleil Graduated from the Prestigious School of Flowers in Mexico City and continued keeping up with the latest floral design European trends by attending courses at Sabia Bruta School in Madrid. With our highly qualified design team, we have made this dream a reality in the upscale Cow Hallo / Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco and San Mateo  in Northern California.
